Seems like those in your survey who can imagine NY without cars outnumber those who can't. Might be time to follow our dreams.

I live in New York City and if I ran things here, there would be only public transport--electric trains, trolleys and cabs. Plus firetrucks, ambulances and police cars would all be electric. The city would be quieter and cleaner, plus more bike friendly.

Lower your thermostat temperature in winter and raise it in summer. In winter, set your thermostat to 68 degrees or less during the day (and wear a sweater) and 55 degrees or less at night (and add an extra blanket).
