'Super Nettle-Green-Juice' Recipe

This drink is easy to make, full of nutrients and very refreshing.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 5 ounces romaine lettuce

  • 3 ounces fresh nettle leaves

  • half a lemon, peeled

  • Chunk ginger, to taste

  • 1 medium, sweet apple

Directions

Run all the ingredients through a juicer, or blend and strain the liquid through a nut milk bag.
