'Pineapple-Coconut Smoothie' Recipe

This delectable and healthy smoothie will take you on a fantasy island vacation.

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 1 young coconut

  • 1 bag of frozen pineapple

  • 2 Tbsp agave nectar

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • a pinch of salt

Directions:

Blend everything until smooth. If you don't want a thick, cold smoothie, thaw the pineapple in advance or use fresh pineapple.
